Level System Overview

The level system is designed so you have a clear understanding on how to receive raises and promotions.  The system works using a series of checklists designed to verify your knowledge and skills in the various roles in the restaurant.  Each checklist must be completed to advance in the organization.  Below is a list of each checklist in each subsection
