Position Requirements

Responsible For

  • Daily Operations

  • Fill positions as needed 

  • Ensure breaks are issued

  • Keep track of labor

  • Ability to stay later than scheduled

  • Ensure produce order is submitted every week

  • Create daily set-ups

  • Make sure we are Cleaner, Faster, Fresher 

  • Implement new systems

  • Administer discipline

  • Train and coach new employees


  • Fulfilled Shift Leader requirements

  • Current in all kitchen certifications

  • Read: Leadership 101, Good to Great and Wooden on Leadership

  • Completed advanced personal development plan

Schedule Requirements

  • 40+ hours /week (at least 5 days)

  • Open/Close & Midshift
