Responsible For:
Daily Operations, fill positions as needed, ensure breaks are issued, keep track of labor, ability to stay later than scheduled, ensure produce order is submitted every week, create daily set-ups, make sure we are Cleaner, Faster, Fresher, implement new systems, administer discipline, train and coach new employees

Fulfilled Shift Leader requirements, current in all kitchen certifications,
Read: Leadership 101, Good to Great and Wooden on Leadership, completed advanced personal development plan

Schedule Requirements
40+ hours /week (at least 5 days)
