Oversee opening and closing shifts, oversee the completion of daily checklists, ensure breaks are given, train and coach team members, assist with truck and produce orders, administer discipline, oversee chicken rotation, update waste count and other communication, count chicken

Completed Team Leader requirements, Serve Safe Certified, Completed personal development plan, at least 500+ hours in kitchen, recommendation from kitchen manager
