BOH Shift Leader

Position Requirements

Responsible For:

  • Oversee opening and closing shifts 

  • Oversee the completion of daily checklists 

  • Ensure breaks are given 

  • Train and coach team members

  • Assist with truck and produce orders 

  • Administer discipline

  • Oversee chicken rotation

  • Update waste count and other communication

  • Count chicken


  • Completed Team Leader requirements

  • Serve Safe Certified

  • Completed personal development plan

  • At least 500+ hours in kitchen 

  • Recommendation from kitchen manager

Schedule Requirements: 

  • 32+ hours /week

  • Open/Close & Midshift
