Position Requirements

Responsible For

  • PIC, Breaks, Prep, Drive Thru Lead

  • Provide discipline for team

  • Input InForm transfers

  • Cash handling, Receive Loomis

  • Adjust to special circumstances
     

Requirements

  • Full Knowledge of Levels 1-6 and Team Leader

  • Competence in 1 Kitchen level

  • Read Heart of Leadership

  • Demonstrate sense of urgency and desire to grow


Schedule Requirements 

  • Minimum of 2 mid shifts per week

  • Minimum of 2 closing shifts per week

    • 1 Friday/Saturday required per week

  • Learn 2 kitchen positions on their own 

    • Minimum of 2 kitchen shift per week
